The Opportunity
While there’s no such thing as a “regular” day or “routine”, a typical day involves creating content and thinking about how to make the Glints brand more attractive to employers, to drive user growth on the platform.
You will work very closely with the Marketing Executive to drive the brand awareness of Glints and continue to establish our brand as the #1 career discovery and development portal for employers to hop on. You’ll also get to liaise with Startup Founders, SME HR managers and the like.

Job Description
Your mission is to help companies build successful teams by building their brand awareness to engage and outreach to young talent. Your key activities and what you will learn are:
Blog
- Write & design assets for the candidates’ and employers’ blog
- Manage and edit the work of other writers
- Work closely with the content marketing team to achieve blog goals
- Design lead generation tools and resources; infographics, e-books etc.
- Drive traffic to the blog by distributing posts on various platforms
Social Media Marketing
- Run paid social media advertisements
- Design compelling and attractive ads with the objective of high CTR and conversions
- Champion a relentless attitude in experimenting and A/B testing on posts
- Identify and understand what and how competitors are doing on Social Media
Newsletter
- Write and design assets for weekly employer newsletters with the objective of a high open rate, and click through rate
- Experiment with different variables to improve the newsletter
Offline - Partnership Events
- Liaise with experts in the startup scene to deliver value-added events for employers
- Promote event using social media and offline means (if applicable)
- Prepare logistics and event flow to ensure that the it runs smoothly
If you work with us for more than 3 months, you’ll also have a hand at strategy work, this includes:
- Strategizing and planning the content calendar
- Planning and organising offline events
- Strategizing, and experimenting with different paid marketing channels
- Representing Glints to speak to partners

Requirements
- A strong interest and passion in building the best, millennial-targeted career portal in Singapore
- Hustler, unafraid to fail and experiment
- Loves learning
- Interest and strong ability to write well
- Content Marketing Knowledge - Basic SEO, Content Marketing Strategies
- Strong interest in analytics (yeah, you mustn’t hate numbers 😛 )
- Experience with Content Writing, or Digital Marketing
- Active on Social Media
- Strong Design Skills - Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Minimum commitment: 3 months
