Job Description
At Glints, we are building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in Southeast Asia that helps people and organizations realise their human potential by joining great organisations, learning the right skills and building great teams.
We’re on the lookout for a Business Operations Intern to join our Business Ops team to help grow that mission in Asia.
The team is on a mission to realise human potential for all people and organisations and is building towards the vision of impacting 100 million careers and 1 million organizations and to be the world’s leading full-stack career development and human resource ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Building new systems to drive efficiencies and ensure on-the-ground adoption (eg: support roll-out of new automation tools, develop playbooks, optimize core business processes.

  • Ops excellence project design and management

  • Conducting user research and product discovery for our internal systems and tools

  • Supporting regional business units in Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan and Malaysia with data analysis for ops problem solving.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Open to fresh graduates

  • Previous experience (including internship) as a Operations Associate, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in similar role

  • Must-haves:

  • Self-starter

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Process-oriented

  • People skills

  • Powerpoint skills
