• Supporting Hiring Managers with staffing needs
• Managing job postings
• Scheduling of interviews
• Follow through with offers and signing of contracts
• Co-ordination of on-boarding with various departments
• Update and provide recruitment status
• Other related administrative work

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Fresh grads are welcomed
• Experience in similar role advantageous but not compulsory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, especially Excel
• Pleasant and courteous attitude, with strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and ability to work independently

Work Schedule:

• Mondays - Fridays
• 10am - 7pm
