As a start-up consulting firm, Axcellence Consulting is a boutique recruitment agency that focuses on finding the right talents for our clients. 

The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the clients needs by matching clients with open the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become and effective talent partner.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and qualify candidates to meet hiring needs of our clients
• Able to do talent research and mapping to gain in-depth knowledge of target industries and companies
• Support team leaders to maintain a healty candidates pipeline
• Support on interview and meetings scheduling
• Drive search process optimization and efficient candidates pool management

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• 1-2 years experience in recruitment or human resources management field is preferred
• Strong ownership, results driven and attention to details
• Strong problem solving skills and learning agilities
• Resilient and independent
• Excellent team players with good communication skills
