Job Description


  • Assist and provide administrative support to our inhouse sales team
  • Assign appointments for sales team to attend 
  • Update sales status of appointments 
  • Plan for sales contests (Weekly)
  • Generate Excel sheets for sales team to update sales performance (Monthly)
  • Tally and tabulate sales performance results for reporting (Monthly)
  • Source and coordinate sales awards (Quarterly)
  • Other ad-hoc tasks
  • Work Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend every week

 Job Requirements:

  • Uni students / undergrads with related experience preferred
  • Proficient in advanced Excel formula : IF, IMPORTRANGE, SUM, AVG, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc
  • Confident to support a huge team of Sales staff
  • Resourceful with creative ideas
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Excellent communication skills and good listener
  • Can adapt well in a fast paced and flexible work environment
  • Can commit FULL TIME for minimum 3 months and above
