Genie Financial Services – Sales Intern

What you will do:

1. Actively identify selling strategies and opportunities through various channels like cold calls, networking, social media, referrals etc to increase sales leads and achieve sales target

2. Possess out-of-box thinking to identify new business opportunities and penetrate new accounts

3. Conduct reviews, attend to customer feedback, and market our solutions to constantly improve our products to adhere to customer’s needs

4. Develop financial strategies and plans and recommend products to customers

5. Build a strong rapport with business owners, individuals, corporate executives, and influential personnel with customers

6. Maintain sales records database and provide reports to supervisors

7. Handle and deal with customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner

8. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

What you will need:

1. Ambitious, result-driven as well as passionate to provide an excellent customer experience

2. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

3. Result-driven with a proven track record of performance and able to work independently

4. Excellent customer service attitude, interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Competent in English (verbal & written)

6. High level of integrity, meticulous and detail-oriented

7. Strong ownership with the ability to operate in a flexible, dynamic environment 

8. Ability to multitask, deliver results and solve problems well under pressure to meet deadlines

9. Open and willing to learn new things, take on new challenges, and make adjustments to suit transitions in the workplace
