Job Description
E-Commerce
- List, manage and promote the entire company product portfolio on major e-marketplaces (Shopify, Foodpanda, Wine.delivery, GrabFood, etc.)
- Work with the Operations Team to manage online stock inventory and ensure inventory is accurate across all online channels
- Manage e-commerce day-to-day operations – order fulfillment, inventory and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with marketing team to create marketing campaigns
- Implementing & managing promotions across e-commerce platforms (e.g. promo codes, free shipping, category or brand discounts)
- Arranging for E-Shop product photography
Order processing
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, replacement and returns of customer orders
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Sales data entry in accounting software
Others
- Any others ad-hoc duties assigned
