FY Group Pte. Ltd. – eCommerce & Sales Support Intern

Established in Singapore since 2009. FY GROUP PTE LTD has evolved into an International Distribution Group in the Food and Beverage Industry, specializing in Wines, Spirits and Cigarettes. FY Group is also a Brand Owner of Wine and Spirits. 

E-Commerce

• List, manage and promote the entire company product portfolio on major e-marketplaces (Shopify, Foodpanda, Wine.delivery, GrabFood, etc.)
• Work with the Operations Team to manage online stock inventory and ensure inventory is accurate across all online channels
• Manage e-commerce day-to-day operations – order fulfillment, inventory and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with marketing team to create marketing campaigns
• Implementing & managing promotions across e-commerce platforms (e.g. promo codes, free shipping, category or brand discounts)
• Arranging for E-Shop product photography

Order processing

• Coordinate order processing, delivery, replacement and returns of customer orders
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Sales data entry in accounting software

Others

• Any others ad-hoc duties assigned
