Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Lead Generation & Research
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
- Support outbound prospecting efforts (email outreach, LinkedIn, cold messaging)
2. Proposal & Pitch Support
- Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch decks.
- Help customize materials based on client needs (e.g. Xiaohongshu marketing, KOL campaigns, content strategy)
- Conduct basic competitor and industry research to strengthen proposals
3. Market & Campaign Research
- Compile insights on competitors and client industries
- Support brainstorming of campaign ideas and outreach angles
Requirements
- Baisic research and analytical skills
- Good writing and communication skills (English & Chinese)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
