Job Description

This role will report directly to Head of Marketing, Communications & RFP.

We are looking for an intern to support with an upcoming ESG initiative as well as other marketing needs. The intern will be responsible for basic marketing tasks. He / she will work closely with the Marketing team to execute these responsibilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide editorial support
  • Provide support for marketing campaigns
  • Assist with launch campaign
  • Act as the point of contact and coordinator between the marketing team and vendors
  • Manage timelines and provide reminders
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and interviews
  • Conduct simple research and interviews, as well as handle and manage requests and queries
  • Handle all project related logistics
  • Record meeting minutes and reports
  • Work with web developer on a thematic microsite

Education Qualification

Undergraduate (internship). Open to any discipline but should be able to reflect interest in the industry / investments.

Experience and Skills

  • Basic knowledge of marketing; a degree or diploma in mass communications is preferred
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing or web development is a plus
