Job Description

Freshmart is looking to hire an intern for the position of HR Assistant. This person will report to the HR Manager and will gain exposure in the various functions of Human Resources in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full spectrum of Human Resources functions which includes recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and admin
  • Process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters
  • Assist in managing manpower scheduling with Operations Department
  • Preparation of HR department correspondences that includes HR circulars
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing
  • Maintenance of employee data and records, employee logistics management and recordkeeping
  • Various other HR Initiatives, which include streamlining the current processes and assisting in other HR ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related disciplines
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong communication skills and an effective communicator.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines.
  • Passionate about learning more about Human Resource.
  • Tech-savvy and interested in finding more about different technologies we can use.
  • Able to commit to at least 6-month internship period preferred.
