Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Social Media Management (answering customers’ inquiries, generating content and scheduling posts etc.).
2. Managing customer service (orders follow-up and coordination).
3. Plan, coordinate and execute events and activities to promote brand awareness
4. Data entry and ad hoc duties as assigned.
