- Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team in overall management of daily operational activities to ensure smooth handling of customers and the flow of vehicles
- Assist sales team in managing the overall operation and maintenance of the fleet and ensure vehicles are maintained in good condition
- Assist in managing customer feedback and complaints regarding vehicle condition and repairs
- Assist in managing all matters relating to vehicle, accident and breakdown issues with customers
- Assist in developing and implementing vehicle preventive maintenance programs
- Generate monthly reports regarding vehicle maintenance and accidents
- Assist in all other ad hoc activities as assigned
