Job Description

COMMUNICATION INTERNSHIP

RESPONSIBLE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA AND EVENTS

(6 months internship)


The Lycée Français de Singapore ("LFS") is looking for a trainee in social media and event organization as part of the implementation of the Lycée's communication strategy.

Missions :

• Developing branding and visibility on social networks, managing the company's daily accounts (Facebook and Twitter), and analyzing them on a monthly basis.

• Participating in guaranteeing e-reputation and supporting teams regarding tools, usages, and good practices of social networks.

• Writing and organizing pages contents and press releases

• Following-up on school events : shootings, videos, writing…

• Participating in the different projects of the Lycée Français of Singapore: programme’s content, planning, logistic…

• Participating in the writing of articles for the "Gazette" and other newsletters, ...

• Managing and constantly improving the website, monitoring feedbacks from parents and visitors

• Being part of the 50 Years of School Project


Profile :

• Bachelor to Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism or equivalent

• Fluency in French and English is MANDATORY

• Good knowledge of communication tools and media, social networks

• Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Adobe, Powerpoint), photo and video

• Organizational capacity, adaptability, responsiveness, creativity, and editorial quality both in French and English

• Rigor, organization, good presentation.


Working conditions :

• Fixed-term contract (6 months) from 1 September 2017

• Full-time 42-hour weekly contract

• Visa: Work Holiday Pass or Student Pass

• Internship allowance according to the level of study
