On behalf of one of its clients, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a:
Legal Intern
Full time 6 months from January 2022
Overview of the role
Our client specializes in international business support. Its focus is to support the growth and presence of its foreign clients in the South East Asian market accelerating and consolidating their performance in growing international markets (like export operations, through market entry services, sales development or setting up local subsidiaries).
What you would be working on:
· Learning to control the payroll prepared by the team
· Drafting to update the internal process
· Developing internal accounting processes and tools to improve efficiency.
· Assisting to Corporate supervisor in the creation of new subsidiaries and onboarding of new clients
Requirements
- What you should have:
- Currently undertaking a legal course
- Legal analysis, research, writing and communication
- Understanding and experience within an international business environment
- Good Knowledge of Excel, Word, and ERP is required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Fluency in French would be a plus to communicate with the clients
- Willingness to take initiatives and suggest solutions
- Proactive and autonomous state of mind
