Job Description
- Perform daily dispatch of deliveries on ERP to keep the stock status on the Warehouse ERP updated on time.
- Maintain an over-time monitoring register of Operations Support Officers.
- Close shipments to ERP.
- Submit daily dispatch report to Finance Department for update.
- Provide status and alert of any pending delivery note for submission to Logistics Manager for KPI monitoring.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) and Ethics & Compliance policies.
- Perform any other duties or projects as requested by the superior.
