- Assist our logistics officer to verify, check and label ship spares
- Data entry – incoming / outgoing deliveries and spares
- Close and Dispatch Deliveries in ERP
- Liaise with agent, boat operators and ship masters for DO acknowledgement
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) and Ethics & Compliance policies.
- Perform any other duties or projects as requested by the superior.

- Ability to multi task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication skills and work as a team.
- Able to commence work within short notice period.
