Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Data entry – incoming / outgoing deliveries and spares
  • Close and Dispatch Deliveries in ERP
  • Ensure that proper and safe handling, packaging, labelling, and storing are maintained at all times and that products are correctly located at the segregated areas.
  • Pick orders using a hand-held scanner from the storage space and bring them for packing, or to the loading bay for transportation.
  • Sorting and placing materials or stock items onto racks and shelves.
  • Ensure stocks are correctly picked and clearly marked. Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule.
  • Stock counting and location checks.
  • Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) and Ethics & Compliance policies.
  • Perform any other duties or projects as requested by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Applicants with no relevant experiences are welcome
  • Able to work shift / alt Sats
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, organized
  • Ability to multi task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication skills and work as a team.
  • Able to commence work within short notice period.
