Established in 1969, Fragrance Foodstuff Pte Ltd is a homegrown Singapore heritage food brand best known for our signature Bak Kwa (barbecued meat) and traditional local delicacies.

From our humble beginnings as a small pushcart, Fragrance has grown into one of Singapore’s most recognised Bak Kwa brands, with a strong retail presence across the island.

While we are a heritage brand, we believe in constantly evolving. From new product concepts and creative collaborations to social media content and fresh marketing ideas, we are always open to experimenting and trying something different.

We offer interns the opportunity to gain real, hands-on experience, contribute their own ideas and see how an established local brand operates behind the scenes.

Social Media & Content Creation Intern

4-Day Work Week | $1,000/month | No Age Limit

Fragrance Bak Kwa is looking for a creative, proactive person with lots of ideas to join our team.

You’ll work directly with the boss, pitch ideas and turn them into real social media content and campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Brainstorm TikTok, Instagram & social media ideas
• Film and edit short-form videos
• Follow trends and adapt them for our brand
• Suggest content and campaign ideas
• Join filming at our outlets and other locations
• Experiment with different content and see what works

Who We’re Looking For

• Creative and full of ideas
• Active on TikTok/Instagram and understands trends
• Comfortable filming and basic editing, or willing to learn
• Proactive and independent
• Not afraid to say, “I have an idea — let’s try it!”

Experience and portfolio are not required.

No Age Limit

Students, career switchers, return-to-work individuals and anyone interested in gaining hands-on social media experience are welcome.

Working Arrangement

• $1,000/month
• 4-day work week
• Friday is compulsory
• Other days are flexible based on availability
• North Singapore candidates preferred
• Some travel to Fragrance outlets/locations for filming is required
