Company Profile

We are an upcoming Digital Marketing Agency and our mission is to help hundred Small Medium Enterprises ( SME ) slay their industry giants through innovating their traditional marketing.

And by innovating, we want to be Light-years ahead of other marketing agencies through continuous R&D and experimentation.
Sounds intriguing?

We are looking for someone who likes the idea of being in the founding stage of a business where nothing is really "set in stone" and you are free to discover new selling strategies.

These are lessons that you cannot experience this in a large MNC ( You will most likely be learning outdated processes handed down by people )

If this sounds like the sort of company that you would like to work at, touch your heart and answer the following question.

Do you resonate with the following?

a.) You need social interaction

  • You are a people’s person who is comfortable with striking a conversation with strangers.
  • You have a natural sense of curiousity, you like asking a lot of questions and learning more about people

b) You like to move, people may call you hyperactive from time to time

  • The idea of sitting at a desk from 9-5 for your internship bores you ( It's bad for blood circulation as well )
  • You want to be having coffees and talking to bosses of different industries to learn how they function

c) The idea of a "salesy" job scares you

  • You do not want to be the stereotypical direct sales agent, poaching just about anybody in the MRT station or on the street.
  • You want to connect in a B2B environment to learn about real problems and administer real solutions that can help our customer lead a better life.
  • You do not like selling to customers unless it helps them.
Job Description

If your answer is YES, read on further.
P.S - We don't like the standard Job Description template, here's an FAQ instead

Q: What sales experience do I require?

A: You need minimal sales experience, in fact, the lesser the better. What we have found is most sales training out there fall short in comparison with our industry-specific training and people may develop poor sales habits.
Initial Attitude and Raw social skills are more important here.

Q: What digital marketing experience do I require?
A: Again, minimal marketing experience is required. We will be teaching you on new technologies and strategies that may not even be taught in school yet. ( School is usually years behind from real-world applications )

Q: What will I be doing all day at work?

A: In the first week, you will be undergoing accelerated training to get you up to speed and standards of a high-performing sales professional.

You will be sending outreach emails and setting appointments, going on meetings to find out concerns of businesses and assess whether our solutions are a good fit.

Don't worry we have standard operating procedures in place but you are free to experiment as well, after all, you are here to learn and we will adopt your methods if it is better.

Q: Who will I work with?

A: We are a really small remote team ( Our marketers are local and abroad ), but you will work directly under our Director when it comes to day-to-day communication in a shared office or co-working space. We are looking for 2 business development interns at the moment so you will have a buddy to lunch with.

Q: Will I only be earning a measly internship pay?

A: Of course not, you will have an exhilarating commission model that will motivate you to push to levels you haven't thought that you can reach.

Hint: Your commission may even extend after until your internship ends 😉

Q: Any progression after?

A: You may be offered a part-time job after the internship if you have the right working attitude. We may also offer you a full-time position after you graduate.

Q: What are my prospect after the internship?
A: The network of business owners you meet will already be an added advantage over your peers when it comes to securing employment. Every company needs a business development as it is the lifeblood of the company and there is no doubt that your "Clients" will poach you from time to time if you have mastered the sort after sales methods that we teach you at our company.

Q: What is the culture like?

A:

Encouraging Growth

It's okay to make mistakes as long as you learn from it, we are not uptight about perfection because that doesn't exist in Digital Marketing.

We want to make sure that everyone leaves our company in a better place, our clients and even our employees. We will make sure that you achieve personal growth in terms of mindset and skillset that will make you desirable in the job market.

Being accountable to each other
We can have as much fun as we want as long as we hit our goals or finish our tasks.

Self Management with "just nice" guidance
There will not be any micro-managing, you will be given goals and ways to do it but alternatively, you may find a better way to do it, we will set targets at the start of the week and look at your results at the end of each week and give you feedback. After all, we are all adults, as long as you respect the importance of your role, we will strive to give you a respectful environment as well.
