Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice
  • Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records
  • Perform routine sampling and check quality of incoming raw materials and end products
  • Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company’s and government regulatory standard
  • Assist in customer feedback and discuss with the relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required
  • Assist in internal, external and regulatory audits
  • Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system is in place at all times
  • Collaborate and work effectively within cross functional teams
  • To carry out any other duties assigned from time to time as and when required


Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Science/Technology or in any field 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good initiative and effective communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and easily adapt to changing situations 
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates, as to easily communicate with Mandarin speaking employees)
