Summary of essential job functions
1. To coordinate and support the administrative function of all BUs(Business Units).
2. Generating administrative documents such as PO, DO, GVN, SR, etc.
3. To ensure the correctness of the quantity of project system stocks.
4. Coordination with suppliers, contractors for production and deliveries.
5. To assist in the planning of production schedule and monitoring of progress.
6. To assist in the coordination of the shipment to Singapore or any other designated locations as required by our customers.
7. Monitor stock movement of goods in/out of warehouse.
8. Ensure the correct quantities of goods are packed and ready before delivery.
9. Assist the Operation Manager in any matters as required.
