Job Description
  1. Provide payroll support and advice to the Singapore-based businesses.
  2. Liaise with the Heads of Department (HODs) and employees to provide professional advice and judgements to answer payroll-related queries.
  3. Ensure the accurate and timely payment of salary through the preparations of relevant payroll reports (e.g. monthly commissions, overtime claims etc.).
  4. Process the monthly CPF and Levy submissions and annual Income Tax submissions for the considerations by the relevant stat boards.
  5. Prepare the monthly payroll journal and advise the Finance Department on the accurate cost allocation to other subsidiaries wherever applicable.
  6. Calculate and submit IR21 for foreigners leaving the Company’s employment.
  7. Process and submit all applicable statutory reliefs or claims on the Company’s behalf in a timely manner.
  8. Ensure the accurate and timely updates of relevant payroll records, logs and files in accordance to company’s policies and statutory regulations and maintain copies for record purposes.
  9. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and keep abreast on all current and new legislations and regulatory rulings.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience in the same capacity.

Able to meet tight deadline.

Possess high integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of people.

Good working knowledge of local labour legislations and human resource practices.

Analytical, resourceful and meticulous and confident.

Proficient in MS Office.
