Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development team in onboarding new merchants onto the Company's digital payment solutions
- Assist in processing merchant applications and reviewing documentation for completeness
- Follow up on pending cases and liaise with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks
- Respond to merchant queries and guide them through required steps
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records and merchant trackers
- Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or related discipline
- Good understanding of digital payment processes, pipelines, workflows, and tools would be a plus point
- A ability to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders
- Analytical and independent with good problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking merchants
