FOMO Pay is also a member of MAS SGQR Taskforce to promote QR code payment and make Singapore a cashless society.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact with all merchants to ensure smooth delivery of products and services rendered
• Assist in preparing the SGQR and payment terminals for customers.
• Liaise with external merchants’ to arrange for Point-of-Sale (POS) distribution
• POS distribution includes setting up the QR systems at merchants’ store and educating them on usability (islandwide)
• Provide assistance when merchant face problems with the systems

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English.
• Good follow up capabilities.
• BS degree in Business/ Operations/ Engineering background.
