Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To Assist Artiste Management in all Media assets
- Digital Content creation and conceptualization for social media, website updates etc
- PR Clippings and filing
- Creating or updating decks
- Video Content and Organization
- To organize video library
- Video editing / Editing reels
- AM Duties
- Artistes CV / Bio / Profile updates
- Data entry work
- Chaperoning
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Possess or is pursuing at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or a related field
- Familiar with Adobe Creative applications - Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc
- Able to work independently
- Highly organized and who thinks ahead
- Importantly you must be able to commit and understand the importance of keeping artists’ personal and professional information confidential
