Floral Garage Singapore started in 2015 and has over the years developed a reputation for providing the best flower delivery service in Singapore. We are an e-commerce company and operate mainly on our website www.floralgaragesg.com. From taking in orders online to delivery, we ensure our customers will be the most satisfied in the process. 

As our admin-cum-operations intern, you will have the opportunity to experience the whole e-commerce process from handling the orders to managing deliveries. You will also get to learn how online marketing works through various marketing strategies and tactics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administrative Duties 
  • handling chat platforms such as emails, calls and WhatsApp
  • issuing invoice and payment links
• Operational Duties
  • Taking offline orders and handling online orders
  • Communicating between florist and customers
  • handling complaints/customer enquiries
  • Managing company's social media platforms and website
  • Manage drivers and planning delivery schedule
  • Finding suppliers for products/services
• Any other job-related responsibilities

Requirements

• Excellent English Writing Skills
• Good Communication & Negotiation Skills - able to handle complaints / requests efficiently
• Practical Skills to solve problems quickly
• Able to handle pressure/stress
• Able to adapt quickly to new environments
• Fast Learner with Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude

Additional Information:

• Immediate to End July
• 5.5 Days work week (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-130pm / 130pm-6pm / Sun: 830-1)
