Job Description
As our admin-cum-operations intern, you will have the opportunity to experience the whole e-commerce process from handling the orders to managing deliveries. You will also get to learn how online marketing works through various marketing strategies and tactics.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties
- handling chat platforms such as emails, calls and WhatsApp
- issuing invoice and payment links
- Operational Duties
- Taking offline orders and handling online orders
- Communicating between florist and customers
- handling complaints/customer enquiries
- Managing company's social media platforms and website
- Manage drivers and planning delivery schedule
- Finding suppliers for products/services
- Any other job-related responsibilities
Requirements
- Excellent English Writing Skills
- Good Communication & Negotiation Skills - able to handle complaints / requests efficiently
- Practical Skills to solve problems quickly
- Able to handle pressure/stress
- Able to adapt quickly to new environments
- Fast Learner with Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude
Additional Information:
- Immediate to End July
- 5.5 Days work week (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-130pm / 130pm-6pm / Sun: 830-1)
