FlexM operates as a ‘Fintech as a Service’ platform enabling organizations to launch branded Mobile wallets, Mobile apps and other payment products like Digital remittance, Rewards/Loyalty programs, Merchant QR payment, Payroll etc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
- Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Responsible to undertake the processing of billing requests into invoices in order to help timely recognition of the company’s revenues.
