Update internal databases with new employee information
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Assist career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
Support ad-hoc projects.
Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.
RequirementsHave a strong passion in Human Resources and want to learn more about the various HR functions
Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment
Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
