- Job Description
- Responsible for technical support
- Write product solutions and responsible for inquires of technical parts of relatedproducts
Qualifications:
- At least Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related.
- Have 1 year experience of technical support in IT/CCTV/telecom related industry is a plus.
- Good communication skills and sense of customer-focus, fluent in English and Mandarin for liaise with Chinese speaking customer.
