Fix-It LLP – Accounts & Purchasing Admin

There’s this thinking that finding and renovating a new office is a tedious affair. But we know that there’s a better way to do it, one which is both time and cost-effective. We believe that businesses can find and renovate their new office space with ease. That’s why we created a workplace solutions platform uniting office search, renovation and other services to help workplaces run better every day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and assist in the migration of Company Accounts from Microsoft Excel to Xero accounting platform
• Daily bookkeeping of business transactions
• Quarterly GST Filing
• Issuing of purchase orders to suppliers
• Processing of supplier invoices and issuing of client invoices for payment
• Doing up customer quotations and administration required for project execution
• Assist in administration of government grants, understanding grant eligibility and recommend where relevant
• Upkeeping of administrative systems
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

• Currently taking an Accounting course equivalent to a diploma or higher level. Accounting fresh graduates are also welcome
• Comfortable working in a start-up and remote-working environment
• Possess a personal computer / laptop
• Familiar with Accounting software and MS Office
• Can commit to 5 half days a week in total, which includes 4 half days of working remotely and 1 half day of face-to-face

Note: Remuneration will be between $700-$900 monthly
