Job Description
Accounts & Project Admin Intern
Main Role & Responsibility
Accounts:
- Bookkeeping of business transactions
- Quarterly GST filing
- Process supplier invoices for payment
- Periodically generate accounting reports
- Generate and update project-specific profitability report
Project Admin:
- Assist in project-related admin (e.g. sales quotation, liaising with suppliers)
- Upkeeping of administrative systems
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
- Currently taking an Accounting course equivalent to a diploma or higher level. Accounting fresh graduates are also welcome
- Comfortable working in a small company with lean structure
- Possess a personal computer / laptop
- Familiar with Accounting software (i.e. Xero) and MS Office
Plus Points
- Has an interest in the office interior design industry
- Quick to learn and use new software and cloud-based systems
