Job Description
Main Role & Responsibility

 

1) Accounts:
a. Bookkeeping of business transactions
b. Quarterly GST filing
c. Process supplier invoices for payment
d. Periodically generate accounting reports with analysis
e. Generate and update project-specific profitability report with analysis

 

2) Project Admin:
a. Assist in project-related admin (e.g. sales quotation, liaising with suppliers)
b. Upkeeping of administrative systems
c. Other ad-hoc administrative duties

 

Requirements
1) Currently taking an Accounting course equivalent to a diploma or higher level. Accounting fresh graduates are also welcome
2) Comfortable working in a small company with lean structure
3) Familiar with Accounting software (i.e. Xero) and MS Office

 

Plus Points
1) Has an interest in the office interior design industry
2) Quick to learn and use new software and cloud-based systems
