Job Description
  • Handle full spectrum of operational HR & Admin functions which include recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, employee relation and performance management.
  • Administer hiring and termination processes such as new staff onboarding, new staff orientation and resignees’ exit clearance.
  • Maintain HR system and ensure updated employee records.
  • Coordinate annual performance appraisal exercise.
  • Handle MOM work pass Application/ renewals/ cancellations etc.
  • Provide support in streamlining HR policies, system & procedures.
  • Process necessary authorised claims, government-paid maternity leave, government grants.
  • Ensure proper documentations of employees’ Personal File.
  • Staff confirmation, contract renewals & termination.
  • Performs the administrative role for projects (preparing project documents such as risk assessment, method of statement and insurance)
  • Educate managers and employees through effective communication on the various policy matters.
  • Provide support on employee relations management through effective communication with employees in policy matters.
  • Responsible for payroll system, payroll administration.
  • Responsible for MOM administration, IRAS and CPF contributions.
  • Monitor Leave records and work attendance.
  • Handle employee benefits insurance and claims.
  • Handle administrative work of company vehicles including inspection, road tax renewal, insurance coverage, and accidents claims.
  • Prepare project quotation and related documents.
  • Preparation of tender documents
  • Documentation and applying of safety certifications for company such as BizSafe Star, ISO and OHSAS.
  • Submission of employee IR8A and IR21
