- To support the Head of First Line Risk, Asia to work with various Business and Functional Heads,CEOs and Second Line Risk to develop a First Line Risk Management Framework.
- Implement the Framework across the Asia Region and Build a Dashboard for Monitoring and proactive management of risks in the region.
- Help with monitoring and review of Risk and Control Self Assessments in the region. Control Framework Optimization and Improved Responsiveness.
- Develop and implement an incident and issues management process in the region.
- Plan project milestones, track progress, follow up with actions and prepare regular management updates / presentations
- Support ad hoc business analysis and management reports
Job Requirements:
- Background in Business Management/Finance/Accounting
- Knowledge of Risk Types and Risk Management Frameworks.
- Knowledge of data analysis & reporting tools.
- Good Excel and Powerpoint Skills
- Work well under pressure with ability to meet tight timelines
- Comfortable interacting with people from different culture and background
