Job Description

Remuneration: Fully Commission-based (Range: $5,000 - $25,000)

Internship Program: With a Minimum Allowance of $600 Per Month

(Those who are open and willing to learn, we do our best to coach and groom you)

Industry leading commission % payout + Monthly & Quarterly Sales Incentives

(iPhones, Air Tickets, Laptops, Open Claim Vouchers)

Little to no experience is required to do well in this industry as we believe in our company training’s to groom brand new brokers

Experienced Business Consultants, SME Brokers and Telemarketers looking to upgrade or try out a new industry are welcome to apply and check us out too

As part of the team, you will be involved in brokering and consulting with SMEs to meet their financial needs through various SME Finance Products including business loans, commercial property loans, trade financing, home loans, and more (All of which, training will be provided by company)

Responsibilities:

  • Actively develop new client relationships in the SME arena
  • Servicing existing clients in your portfolio
  • Acquire prospective clients through cold-calling, canvassing and referrals
  • Provide prudent financial solutions for clients thorough an understanding of their financial requirements
  • Engage and cultivate long term working relationships with clients and business partners on pending funding applications
  • Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the company’s policies and internal processes
  • Training will be provided and support given on the job

 

Requirements:

  • With or without experience welcome to apply and training will be provided
  • Ideally, motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented individuals however we have a culture to develop any new-to-industry hires to grow with the company
  • Required primary language: English (Proficiency in other languages is a plus when dealing with specific target group of SMEs’ Directors/Shareholders)
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills or has interest in developing yourself in these aspects
