DeFi Community & Research Intern
We are currently in stealth mode, building a next-generation DeFi protocol focused on sustainable, institutional-grade stablecoin yields. Designed by a team with decades of experience in scaling traditional businesses, our architecture solves the liquidity and exit-dumping issues that plague current yield platforms. We are four months out from launch and are laying the groundwork for our initial community rollout.
We are looking for a Web3-native Community & Research Intern to become our eyes and ears on the ground. Your mission is not to shill a product. Your mission is to immerse yourself in the ecosystem, understand the psychology of yield farmers and stablecoin investors, and build authentic relationships. You will also identify key trusted entities within these communities.
You will identify where the smartest conversations are happening, become an active participant, and eventually help us introduce our protocol to a warmed-up audience.
Key Responsibilities
Landscape Mapping: Identify and categorise active DeFi, stablecoin, and crypto yield communities across Discord, Telegram, and X.
Profile Building: Create and cultivate authentic, credible profiles within these specific communities.
Active Engagement: Participate in daily discussions. Ask intelligent questions, learn what current platforms are getting right, and identify the pain points that frustrate users.
Intelligence Gathering: Synthesise your daily interactions into weekly insights for the founding team, highlighting market sentiment, competitor mechanics, and user demands.
Strategic Rollout (Phase Two): Once trust is established and our protocol is ready for public view, strategically share our platform and Web Calculator with the communities you have engaged.
Who We Are Looking For
Deeply curious about Web3, decentralized finance, and tokenomics.
An active user of Discord, Telegram, and X with a strong understanding of crypto culture and etiquette.
Exceptional written communication skills. You must know the difference between authentic, value-add engagement and spam.
Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, startup environment.
