About the Role

Financial Media Group (FMG) is a Singapore-based corporate structuring and financial media firm. We are currently looking for a sharp, autonomous DeFi Ecosystem Analyst & Growth Associate to sit at the intersection of deep protocol architecture, institutional-grade documentation, and market intelligence.

In this role, you will not be working for a generic retail "meme-coin." Instead, you will be deeply embedded in the launch architecture of a sophisticated, capital-protected stablecoin and treasury protocol on behalf of our enterprise client. This is a stealth-to-launch stage project built around deterministic capital routing, over-collateralised lending, and programmatic treasury execution.

If you are passionate about the mechanics of tokenomics, yield generation, and where TradFi meets DeFi, this role gives you a front-row seat to a major protocol build ahead of its Q3 launch.

Core Responsibilities

1. Protocol Architecture & Documentation (The Wiki)

• Translate Complexity: Abstract advanced smart contract logic, capital-efficient lending modules, and leverage loops into clean, professional, user-facing documentation that can satisfy both retail and institutional investors.

• Build the Knowledge Base: Own and design a comprehensive protocol Wiki from scratch, detailing structural safeguards (like isolated Safe Vaults), automated compounding modes, and risk parameters for sophisticated users.

2. Macro Research & Thought Leadership

• TradFi vs. DeFi Deep-Dives: Conduct market research and author high-level comparative analyses evaluating protocol yield strategies against traditional treasury instruments (e.g., corporate bonds, repo markets).

• Trend Analysis: Monitor the global stablecoin, RWA (Real World Asset), and yield-bearing asset landscapes to produce internal intelligence briefs on competitor models and regulatory shifts.

3. Ecosystem Intelligence & Networking

• Forum Engagement: Actively embed yourself across key Discord servers, Telegram alpha groups, and X (Twitter) networks focused on stablecoins, tokenomics, and DeFi governance.

• Befriend the Right Minds: Proactively network, build relationships, and exchange ideas with key players, founders, and liquidity providers in the ecosystem to keep the protocol positioned at the cutting edge of industry conversations.

What We Are Looking For

• DeFi Native: You have a solid grasp of DeFi fundamentals (automated market makers, constant product formulas, collateralised debt positions, and yield harvesting).

• Superb Communicator: You can write clear, institutional-grade English. You know how to explain complex financial engineering without relying on low-effort crypto jargon.

• AI-Collaborative: You know how to leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Mermaid.js, etc.) efficiently to structure data, map out visual loops, and generate professional flows.

• Naturally Curious Networker: You genuinely enjoy spending time in Web3 forums, tracking down protocol mechanics, and talking shop with other builders in the space.
