Role Summary:
This position is for the Singapore e-Commerce division of Ferns n Petals. This hire will be a part of the Singapore online business team. This position describes taking care of end to end order processing cycle from order placement to order delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design and build our delivery operations infrastructure
- Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement
- Design and implement operations workflow processes
- Ensure order processing and execution is done seamlessly
- Provide development and improvement in the short term and long term operations performed
- Ensure effective planning and execution of operations
- Cost and defects tracking
- Design and implement operational processes improvements
- Involvement in day-to-day operations
