1. Keep to schedule of weekly tasks to facilitate smooth workflow for both front and back end operations
2. Maintaining google drive folders and files, renaming files, sorting in compliance with internal audit
3. User acceptance testing of web links and function buttons
4. Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. High computer literacy in google drive, docs, email access levels
2. Versed in blogspot, google forms maintenance, sheets maintenance
3. General knowledge in google sheet formulas and functions
4. Ideas to bring onsite job functions online, python to generate csv data reports (preferable but not required)
