Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of technicians in delivering facilities management and M&E services across assigned properties. 
  • Plan and assign daily tasks, ensuring performance standards and service quality are met. 
  • Coordinate and implement maintenance programmes for building infrastructure, Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) and M&E plant and equipment. 
  • Recommend and oversee repair works, renovations, and equipment replacement.
  • Prepare and review tender specifications for M&E works.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of services, compliance and adherence to safety procedures and equipment standards.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and contractors on maintenance and compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good planning and organisational skills, coupled with ability to work independently and in a team.
