- Event administration, attending meetings with Director, summarising actions, next steps, action follow up
- Event management support for Director & small event management role.
- Floral contract administration and client support e.g. contract updates and assisting with billing requests.
- Review of floral contracts for consistency / changes, ensure accurate
- Ad hoc marketing management e.g. follow up with magazines on advertising requirements.
- Marketing support - website mgmt (wix experience ideal), social media updates - facebook / instagram
- Initial period for 4 months @ $10ph, approx 25 - 35 hrs/wk gives broad business exposure with a view that then move to full time role or increased hourly rate.
