Job Description


  • Provide regular project reports/updates to customers, internal departments and management including attending all necessary meeting conducted by main contractor and consultant.
  • To provide overall leadership to manage kitchen projects and ensure that the project's objectives are achieved, implement and provide directions in the overall construction planning and coordination works including providing direction in kitchen project planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and consultants to ensure overall progress based on schedule of works.
  • Oversee the entire process and manage all operational and administration procedures including carrying out project planning, cost control, good documentation system and project management including participating in post project analysis to review cost savings strategy and project process enhancement.
  • Ensure strict compliance of project safety rules and standards including quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office, kitchen design, basic M&E requirements
  • Able to read and analyse technical / kitchen plans / kitchen flow.
  • Experience in construction site work would be an added advantage
  • Good project management skills
  • Must be a team player
