Part Time Front Desk Receptionist
ezbuy is looking for Front Desk Receptionists!
Work Location: near Taiseng MRT
Working Hours
5.5 Working days (Full day on ALTERNATE Saturdays)
-Serve walk-in customers; hand over and issue parcels to customers
-Answer basic queries from customers
-Assist to follow up customer's feedback and complaints, if any
-Shelving newly arrived parcels on a daily basis
-Other administrative duties
Requirement:
-Receptionist or logistics work experience preferred
-Must be customer service oriented and possess excellent communication skills
-Well presented, cheerful, proactive and positive work attitude
-Able to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking customers
-Able to handle parcels of up to 10kg
