Job Description

Part Time Customer Service Executive (Live Chat)


HIRING - CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (LIVE CHAT)

Salary: $9.00 /hour

Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.

Commitment Period: December 2019 - Jan 2020

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via live chats with excellent work etiquette and patience.
  • Coordinate and monitor all customer orders from submission until final delivery
  • Liaise between customers and the internal operation team

Requirements:

  • Highly customer-oriented
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Bilingual English and Chinese (speaking and typing only, no written) to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
  • MUST be able to commit for at least 1.5 months to 2 months
