The Employer

The employer is the Singapore office of a large private equity firm focused on investments in the real estate sector in specific Asian countries. It is looking for a dynamic Finance professional to join the team as :

Responsibilities 

The selected candidate will be responsible for these functions:

• Review and understand asset-level underwriting models to create fund level models, dashboards, investor reporting
• Fund raise material – slides, collaterals, etc
• Prepare and compile updates on individual assets for investors
• Responsible for annual/quarter/ad-hoc Investor reporting requests
• Work on topical research – create content for website and flyers for international institutional investors’ consumption
• Track and compile industry and market level data
• Develop ground-up financial/feasibility models for new asset clauses (Student housing data, Data Centres etc)

Requirements

Ideal candidates will be qualified finance professionals with the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, or any related fields, from a reputed institution
• 2-3 years of experience in Private Equity, Equity Research, International Property Consulting (IPC)
• Experience in creating and managing financial models
• Exceptional secondary research skills
• Comfortable using MS Office functions such as Powerpoint
• Comfortable handling extensive spreadsheets and data
• Experience in real estate (commercial real estate) is a bonus
• Knowledge of Argus modelling is good to have
• Prior experience in engaging with international institutional investors will be looked at favourably
