The Employer

The employer is a Single Family Office set up by the promoters of a large and diversified business conglomerate. It is looking for a junior accounting professional to join the team as:

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and annual filings
• Accurately update trade transactions in investment management software.
• Reconcile portfolio trades and balances with banks and custodians.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed portfolio reports and analysis

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a reputed university.
• 2-4 years of work experience in accounting function.
• Experience in using Tally/MYOB or similar accounting software
• Hands-on. Meticulous. Independent. Keen to learn new skills and grow.
• Good English communication skills.
