Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised individual to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our tuition centre. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for both students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Duties 
- Handle all administrative work with accuracy and timeliness, maintaining organised records and processes.
- Arrange replacement classes efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to students’ learning.
- Prepare lesson-related materials promptly and ensure they are ready before class.
- Maintain overall tidiness, cleanliness, and presentation of the centre.
Customer Service & Enquiries
- Answer walk-in, phone, and online enquiries tactfully and professionally.
- Be a trusted programme consultant where you guide parents in selecting the right tuition programme for their child.
- Follow up with newly-joined students to ensure they are settling in well. 
Student & Parent Experience 
- Build rapport with students and parents to create a supportive and friendly learning environment.
- Proactively check in on students’ progress or comfort level, especially in the first few weeks.
- Support student retention and conversion by delivering a positive and attentive service experience.
Requirements: 
Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask effectively.
Warm, approachable, and tactful in communication.
Able to take initiative and work independently while being a team player.
Prior experience in education, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
Details
Onsite role based in Singapore
Full-time - 4 weekdays & 1 Weekend
Part-time: 3 days/week
Weekday: 12 to 9pm Weekend: 9 to 6pm
