Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to support business development activities for recruitment and agency services in a fully remote working environment.
The role focuses on client outreach, lead generation, appointment coordination, and maintaining professional communication with prospective clients.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with clients, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Source and maintain databases of prospective companies and key contacts
- Prepare and improve email outreach, WhatsApp messages and other social media
- Perform outbound calls to introduce recruitment and agency services
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Coordinate and schedule Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings with potential clients
- Understand clients’ hiring requirements and share relevant information with internal operations teams
- Liaise closely with recruitment and operations teams regarding business opportunities and client requirements
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, communications, and follow-ups
- Prepare simple activity updates and progress reports
- Ensure professional communication standards and confidentiality of client information
- Prepare simple marketing and outreach materials such as email templates and presentations to support client engagement activities
- Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, customer service, sales support, recruitment, or business development
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiar with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and online communication tools
- Able to work independently in a remote working environment with minimal supervision
