ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
- The Account Management Associate will help plan and execute projects in ways that meet clients’ needs.
- The Account Management Associate should be well organised and adaptable.
- Attention to detail and communication skills are both essential.
- Experienced with project management and account service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales materials (eg proposals, slides, analysis)
- Assist in delivering presentations to clients
- Help plan projects from start to finish (estimates, budgets, schedules)
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement/execute projects
- Monitor project progress, timelines and expenses
- Submit regular status reports
- Respond to customer requests, inquiries and complaints
- Maintain data and records
