MISSION: The mission of this position is to ensure optimal materials availability for the Sampling Lab to improve work efficiency and productivity
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for the replenishment of the following workstations:
- Pianos
- Fridge
- Oven
- Arrange and maintain the house-keeping of the Lab Warehouse area:
- Arranging into respective location
- Re-bottling of raw materials into smaller packaging
- Maintain the raw materials in lab:
- Overseeing the expiry dates
- Discarding the expired raw materials
- Ordering the raw materials needed from Loyang factory and follow up the quality approval from perfumers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level
- At least 1 year working experience in Warehouse environment
- SAP (Production module) & PINS (Production systems).
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficency in English language
